Our Policies

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY:

  • To provide the best service to all our clients, we require payment at the time of booking using a credit card.
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us honor all clients’ appointments and respect our therapists’ time.

    DRAPING POLICY:

  • At Peaceful Body Massage Vermont, your comfort, privacy, and safety are our top priorities.
All clients are professionally draped with clean linens.
You may choose to wear undergarments or not—either option is fully respected.
Only the area being worked on is uncovered at a time to ensure modesty and relaxation.
Draping is required for the safety of both client and therapist.

  • Certain modalities (such as Lomi Lomi) may involve lighter draping adjustments for client comfort; however, appropriate draping is maintained at all times.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early and in clean condition. (No shower is available on-site.)

  • Our licensed therapists provide a respectful, safe, and restorative massage experience.

    PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES POLICY:

  • Massage therapy services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

  • Any form of sexual misconduct, including inappropriate comments, gestures, or requests for sexual services, is strictly prohibited.

  • Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, full payment being charged, and refusal of all future services.

    PROFESSIONAL DISCLOSURE (VERMONT REQUIREMENT):

  • All services are provided by a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Vermont.

  • Massage therapy is a therapeutic practice intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and relieve muscular tension. Massage therapists do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or perform spinal adjustments.

  • Client information is kept confidential in accordance with professional standards.
