Cancellation & Payment Policy:
To provide the best service to all our clients, we require payment at the time of booking using a credit card.

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us honor all clients’ appointments and respect our therapists’ time.

Draping Policy:
At Peaceful Body Massage Vermont, your comfort, privacy, and safety are our top priorities.

• All clients are professionally draped with clean linens.

• You may choose to wear undergarments or not—either option is fully respected.

• Only the area being worked on is uncovered at a time to ensure modesty and relaxation.

• Draping is required for the safety of both client and therapist.

•  Depending upon treatment i.e. Lomi Lomi draping can be light as some clients are too hot we can adjust accordingly but there will be draping at all times.

• Sessions will be ended if behavior is inappropriate.

• Please arrive 10 min early clean and showered.

• We do NOT have a shower on site.

• Our licensed therapists provide a respectful, safe, and restorative massage experience.
